Notification of upcoming changes to the schema's (xsd) of the CPC scheme and definitions

31 May 2016 The EPO and USPTO have agreed to introduce improvements to the schema's of the CPC scheme and definitions. The changes will enter into force with the November 2016 scheme revisions.

The 2016.05 CPC Scheme is now in force

1 May 2016 As announced, the 2016.05 version of the CPC scheme which was pre-released on 5 April 2016 is now in force.

Pre-release of the 2016.05 products now available
