The EPO and USPTO have agreed to introduce the following new XML products for the CPC scheme and definitions:
1. Validity file (Specifications, schema and sample documents can be consulted here)
2. Two Notice of Change artifacts available in XML format (Schemas and sample document can be consulted here):
a. Changes to the CPC-to-IPC Concordance List (CICL)
b. Revision Concordance List (RCL)
These new XML products will enter into force with January 2017 release.
