For the year 2024, the EPO and USPTO have agreed on the following release schedule for the 2024 CPC Scheme and corresponding products updates:
- 1 January 2024 (CPC 2024.01)
- 1 May 2024 (CPC 2024.05)
- 1 August 2024 (CPC 2024.08)
Please note that all IPC 2024.01 changes are expected to be reflected in the CPC 2024.01 release. Therefore, we do not expect any CPC release in February 2024.
Continuing with the existing practice, the updated products for each version will usually be pre-released on the first Tuesday of the month preceding the entry into force. The entry into force of each version will be on the first day of the corresponding month.
